How to Calculate the Social Return on Investment in Vocational Training PPDPs
The Learning and Knowledge Development Facility (LKDF)’s (Social) Return on Investment Guide is designed for practitioners in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Public-Private Development Partnerships (PPDPs), with the overarching purpose to allow interested parties to calculate the social return on investment for their TVET projects. LKDF project partners have expressed their desire to estimate social, economic, and societal return on investments in education and this Guide will be used as a blueprint for the LKDF affliated PPDPS in TVET.
